"The Political Structure of the Imperial Domains"

Ever since the Seoul Accords on 19 December 1873, the Empire has existed with a policy of "Federal Unionism" as it is known to the rest of the world, being noted as the first and one of the most diffrent system of it's kind. Formed around the basis of perfectly shared power between the Emperor/Empress and the Imperial Council, it was seen as a very strange and dangerous to the Europeans due to the Socialist Reforms.

"The Dual Empires

These are the very core and hearts of the Empire, Sina and Nihon. Formed as a result of Nihonese nationalism and the Seoul accords, known as the "Asian Austria-Hungary", these two exist in a equal union. Continuing to exist as hearts of the Empire, with Sina and Nihon existing as "Equal and Together" both are easily the leaders of the Imperial Domains.

"The Dawn Lands"

The Empires sole colony in Columbia, the state is often considered to be the "Third Power" within the Empire, behind Sina and Nihon. Essencially an independent nation in it's own right, the Kingdom of the Dawn Lands recognises the Emperor as it's monarch and shares a common defence with the rest of the Empire, aswell as Economic, Civil and Politcal Rights.

"The Federal States
Led by Corea and Việt, the Federal States within the Empire are Semi-Autonomus States with greater self rule than provinces but are still apart of the Empire and have full representation within the Imperial Council. Whilst officialy they are apart of the Empire and under it's rule despite their Semi-Autonomus status, Shenyang and Kyoto leave them to their own devices only keeping a respectful observance on them. Due to being apart of the Empire, they share the same, political, economic and civil rights as the Dawn Lands aswell as sharing a common defence policy. With the Dawn Lands the Federal States all recognise the Emperor as their Monarch.

"Holy Union of Tibet
Existing as the most heavly autonomus entity within the Empire, Tibet is lead by the Dalai Lama, the religious leader of Buddhism. It's heavy autonomus status comes with many priviliages, including the right to send assosiate representives to the Imperial Council. For this reason Tibet is often viewed as a "Incorperated Imperial Protectorate" by the International Community.
